The challenge 


We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer for our client, an innovative company specializing in decentralized solutions and blockchain technology.


Since 2022, our client has been at the forefront of developing cutting-edge applications for EVM-compatible chains, DAOs, and businesses entering the Web3 space. With a strong presence in the LATAM tech ecosystem, they provide Product Discovery, Product Design, and Software Implementation services, helping companies overcome technological challenges and drive revenue growth, investment success, cost efficiency, and performance enhancement.


As part of this team, you will collaborate on top-tier projects across the United States and Europe, contributing to innovative and impactful solutions. Our client offers a flexible, remote work environment, ensuring a great balance between professional and personal growth.


Technical Skills (Required)

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-stack web development.

  • Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.

  • 6+ years of experience in application development.

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (mainly AWS).

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security best practices.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management.

  • Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.


Soft Skills 

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.

  • Positive energy and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Passion for continuous learning, especially in areas like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0.

  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
