We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer for our client, an innovative company specializing in decentralized solutions and blockchain technology.

With a strong presence in the LATAM tech ecosystem, they provide Product Discovery, Product Design, and Software Implementation services, helping companies overcome technological challenges and drive revenue growth, investment success, cost efficiency, and performance enhancement.

As part of this team, you will contribute to high-performance and scalable backend solutions, collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine the user experience, and implement robust monitoring and automation processes. Technical Skills (Required)

• Backend development experience, particularly with Golang.

• Strong expertise in test automation and deploying to production environments.

• Proficiency in system monitoring and performance metrics analysis.

• Experience writing automated tests to ensure comprehensive code coverage.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and database management.

• Ability to develop and maintain scalable and high-performance applications.

Soft Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to the team’s evolving needs.

Desired experience

• Experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend).

• Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and cryptocurrencies.

• Experience with Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.

• Attention to detail when writing secure and efficient smart contract code.
